Printed on it's side, 3mf file should be oriented correctly.
Needs supports, personally I used snug grid support under the green areas as follows: 
I recommend printing support interface layers using proper support material, or PETG if printing PLA or vice versa. Organic supports may also work.
Your printer needs to be able to print quite steep (30 deg) overhangs for best results.
