Simple model to keep the magnetic sheet and plate aligned.
Screw no shorter then M5x12 (min 10 I guess)
Threaded insert no longer then 7 mm.
Feel free to use the step to modify.
Chamfered version also available, probably prints without support, not tested.
EDIT:
The tolerance is 0.5 mm for the corner alignment, depending on your printer, there will be a bit of wiggle, just tighten down the screws.

The First Version had clearance issues, which should be resolved.
