Remixed the vortex throw lever from @BigFootPL_269198 to work on Vortex Viper 44mm scopes, with the original from NJ_v_N on thingiverse.
It is sized at 44.5mm and fits tight when fully made up, but you will need to trim any flashing from inserting the heat insert. It is designed for short 3mm tall inserts but you can remix as required.
