I have a toolkit with 3.5mm tiny bits but it's not something I always have access to. My Leatherman never leaves my side…
I designed the bit adapter then heavily modified https://www.printables.com/model/1016275-leatherman-pouch-accessories so that it would accept another standard sized bit to store the adapter and created holders for the mini bits.
Measure your bits first - I have another kit that's 4mm across the flats and, at this scale, 0.5mm is not going to be compatible!
I printed in PETG and rotated the bit adapter so that it printed at an angle to make it slightly stronger using organic supports.
