When using, you should press the sponge with your back.
It worked perfectly for me and I wanted to share with the community.
It sticks to the wall with a double stick adhesive.
You need to judge the mounting height against your height. It's a problem if your wife is much shorter (or much taller 😀). Then you will need to use two holders.
