Introduction
This is a smaller name tag holder to go on top of a cheap headband. Made for a friend who wanted to have a label on their head.
Printing
- Print it as downloaded. Not many options with something of this size but be sure to leave enough layer time on the clip part.
- You could easily emboss some text using PrusaSlicer or similar.
Making
- Pull off some of the foam under the headband so that the clip would fit to the hard(er) plastic.
- Put a drop of hot glue in the middle of the clip gap and push it onto the headband.
- Use some hot glue to adhere the foam onto the bottom of the clip.
Remixing
Fusion 360 file provided with parameters for easy remixing of label size or headband thickness, or if you have an idea of how to make it better.
