Made this to hold the cheap but effective SATC Premium Diamond Sharpening Stone that you can find on Amazon. It's the 400/1000 grit plate. The measurements on amazon say it's 7.8 by 2.75inches, but it's a little off. I made this so that i has a little bit of room to make it easy to get in and out of the base. The sharpening stone came with rubber stoppers in the box. Found that those are really grippy so I cut one of them into two strips and glued it to the bottom of the holder. My stone was perfectly stable when I sharpened a couple of knives.
Printed mine on the MK4S with a .28mm DRAFT profile at 10% infill. Printed in 2h 14m.
