Original KlickFix bar clamps are for max 28mm handlebars. I made this to fit 35mm bars. However, the mount itself is not adapted for such large diameter, so there is some “bend” to the mount where it meets the clamps.
So don't overtighten the screws, otherwise I'm afraid the mount will crack. Mine has been working fine and no cracks.
