Constantine is never out of style. I made this cookie because someone at work suggested it. Rather than try to reproduce fine detail with a closed-top cutter this cutter is in two parts, an outline and a stencil. The stencil allows you to dust cocoa, cinnamon, icing sugar or whatever works to make Constantine's face.
I haven't made cookies with this yet but I have made Constantoast.
