This design is a Back-plate for the Fractal Design Terra case in position 1. Use the black case screw that supports the spine to keep the plate in position at the top.
I had trouble lining up the screw, as the original model was a bit too tall, causing the top plate to pop up a bit. so I removed the top half of the screw hole.
