Print normally with no supports. The print slides onto the ends of the cotter pins. The bottom layer is facing outward on the rear cap and the top layer is facing outward on the front cotter pin(This is if you are using the lever pin spacers). Then stick a 2mm diameter metal pin or toothpick cut to 10-13mm(depending on how much you want sticking out) through the holes in the caps and the pins.
