These are lids matching the compartments of @imeszaros_261806 SMD Components Tray.
Have you ever had to throw away 30 perfectly fine 0402 resistors, because you dropped one into the wrong compartment and gave up trying to find it by measuring them all with your multimeter? Did you then try to prevent this by covering compartments with Scotch/Sello/Tesa tape, only to end up having all the components sticking to the tape? Of course not, no smart person would make such silly mistakes. Certainly not me, no sir/ma'am/furry little creature from Alpha Centauri!
Anywho, here are some lids.
Depending on how dimensionally accurate your prints are, you might have to scale the lids up or down a bit to ensure a snug fit. Print single test pieces before going for a whole set.
