The models given are made using a FreePySCAD script inside SuperSlicer.
If you want to create your own baubles, you need to have SuperSlicer and FreeCAD installed on your computer. Then you can download the attached python script and load it in SuperSlicer's FreePySCAD script window. At the top of the file you will find some global parameters listed, you can change their value to customize the model (IMO the parameter names speak for themselves). After clicking Generate, the model will be loaded onto the bed in the slicer.
I may change the python script or add new models at a later date.
