I've created a fresh set of napkin (serviette) rings that will look very at home on any dining table. They will add that finishing touch to the table for a celebration event (like Christmas).
I had cloth serviettes growing up. I actually like it so I designed a few rings to help all our family members identify which is theirs by pattern. I've seen the letters, but I don't like it. A pattern is instantly recognisable and yet much more classy. If you like you can also vary the colour.
My favourite patterns are the narrow/wide ribs, bumps, hexagons, knurls and the chunky with a fuzzy effect applied. There are more styles attached than you can see in the photos. Hopefully they find a home on your table!
Printing
STL files are designed for easy printing. I printed in white PLA (I usually print in ABS and so these prints could be much cleaner!) There are a big variety of options. Only a selection are shown in my pictures.
I printed 20% gyroid infill, 4 boundaries, 5 top/bottom layers. Adaptive layer height may be beneficial with the ribbed designs in particular. You may also like to add a brim depending on how good your bed adhesion is. Note - if you do the fine rib you will want your printer dialled in well!
