Lost the original cap from one of the aarke bottles. The thread is abnormal, it's a double helix scattered at 180 degrees and 8mm pitch.
The sealing washer needs to be rubber or silicon, so either cut that from a sheet or print in TPU.
I do not recommend printing this is PLA, the threads strip off easily. This work well printed in PETG, ABS or ASA or PC.

The recommended print orientation is as follow.
I also iron the top layers so that the inner sealing surface is smooth.
I printed mine with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height, it looks good and ensure strength.
