Simple case I made for my Sony Xperia 10 VI. Meant to be printed using TPU, I used BambuLabs TPU for AMS.
Can be printed without support, at least with TPU for AMS.
You can also use this as a base to add your own design/logo, see the attached .3mf file as an example:
- Load your logo as an SVG into Bambu Studio
- Scale so it fits the phone(max width 6cm, make sure it doesn't cover the camera hole)
- scale the Z-Height of the logo 0.6mm(3 layers, you can try less but I would use at least 2 Layers(0.4mm) to make sure the base color doesn't shine through)
- Center the Logo
- Set the filament for the Logo to the desired color(s)
- Duplicate the logo and center the copy
- Load the Phone case, select the desired filament color for it and center it.
- Merge one of the Logo copies with the case
- set the type for the merged logo to “Negative Part”
- Slice and make sure that there are no overlaps in the G-Code(in case you are using support ensure that you paint it manually and that there is none in the logo recess )
