The original SD card holder works very good - I just added a little hook to secure the card even more.
The card now snaps in with a satisfying click.
To remove the card, bend the hook slightly downwards and at the same time push the card out with pressure from above.
I used PETG and printed with 0.1mm layer height, but 0.2mm should also work fine.
No supports needed.
