Combination Puzzle - Set your own code

Set your own value on the the puzzle. Check the photos for assembly. 

You Printer should have an accuracy of +/- 0.2mm

Recommend using PLA.

Print everything vertically.

Print 1 x Key, Sleeve & End Plate

Print 3 x Rings & Dial.

Assembly.

The key to assembly is to align the indicators.

1. To set the combination place each dial on a flat surface with teeth up (clean ring side down)
2. Place a ring inside each dial. The side with the mark (groove) on the dial faces up. Set the mark above the digit you wish to set. Do this for all 3 Dial/Ring sets.
3. Place the sleeve on a flat surface wide end down. The sleeve has a small indicator on the edge of the wide end. If you face the indicator towards you it will make assembly easier.
4. PLace each dial/ring set onto the sleeve Ring indicator up. Align the ring indicator towards you in the same direction as the mark on the sleeve.
5. If assembly is tight do not force it. Try lightly sanding the touching surfaces.
6. Gently push the end plate into the assembly. The 2 fingers are designed to flex as they slide into the sleeve. Don't force it. Make sure the triangle on the edge of the dial section of the end plate is facing you and inline with the indication on the sleeve.
7. The assembly should now be held together and if everything is well aligned the key should slide in easily.
8. With the key in place you can mess up the combination and the key should not be able to come out unless your chosen combination is selected between the 2 indicators on the endplate and sleeve.

Hide a clue in the hidden slot in the key or hide a micro SD card.
