To properly secure the weak point, the model must be slightly below where the headband attaches to the frame.

Some people have found that wedging cardboard between the bracing and the headset frame works just as good as superglue so maybe give that a try before you commit to the glue.

Simply print the necessary parts (V1 Revision 13 is the latest) then slide them on from the bottom and use superglue to secure as best you can. Depending on where your headphones snapped you may or may not need the connecting piece (i personally didn't).

Its not pretty but its not meant to be :)

If you want something changed leave a comment and ill see if i can do it.

Printed in PLA, no supports needed. 15% Infill, 4 walls, Inner/Outer wall order and there should be no problems printing. 5mm brim recommended.

Where to apply superglue:

  1. Slide the cover onto the headphones, it should be pretty self explanatory, but it can be a little tricky to get on.

  2. Move the cover up/down till the bottom of the cover is ~2cm below the crack as shown in the second image. (Note it will be quite loose).

  3. Get some tape and cover all the buttons/microphone to protect it from any superglue that may drip down.

  4. Apply super glue along the undersides of the cover along the yellow lines as shown in the first image, apply small amounts at a time. I recommend clamping the cover to the frame to ensure there is no gap on the top side. Keep the headphones upside down while drying, and pay attention to prevent any drips.

If your wondering, the superglue/scratches that are covering the frame of my headphones are from the various revisions i made before posting.
