auto oriented and printed with with organic supports.

.2mm layer height out of abs.

I 3d scanned my manifold and made this insert that fits onto the intake port locations. I then used a harbor freight vacuum alongside a harbor freight portable abrasive blaster with fine walnut medium and an air compressor to clean my valves.

Honestly I over-engineered it and it would work just as well if not better with a vacuum bristle attachment. The process was.

Step 1: follow YouTube tutorial on removing intake

Step 2: make sure the valves are closed for the cylinder you're working on which should be easy to do with plugs removed.
(turn 22mm crank bolt clockwise to close whatever valve you're working on/be sure its closed )

Step 3: cover any intake ports with open valves
(I am not responsible for you having to turn your engine upside down and shake it)

Step 4: run the vacuum and use a long nozzle >6inches on the abrasive blaster and point into the intake runner location spraying carbon off the valves.

Step 5 :Walnut media will build up and you will need to use compressed air to clear the inside with the vacuum.

Step 6: repeat this process until clean turning the crank to get to the valves that were not previously closed.

WARNING DO NOT DROP A BUNCH OF DEBRIS INTO YOUR INTAKE
Do this at your own risk.
