The original pedestal of this tower fan broke after many years of use.
Instead of throwing the fan away, I decided to make a new stand.
The design is different from the original one (the original has a round base) and I had to make it slightly smaller due to limitation in print size of my print bed (220x220)
This can be printed on a 220x220 bed (I use an Ender 3S1)
I have been trying it for a week or so and it has been working fine.
I did not include the holes for the screws in this design, as different tower fans will/might have different locations of the screws. I instead drilled them in afterwards and it is easy to do.
Printed with:
- PLA+ (ASA/ABS/Nylon would also work)
- 30% infill
- Support needed for the upper rim
