I didn't want my Pi to slide around on my desk all the time so I made this. I didn't like the ones I found online because I wanted something very minimalist.

The pins the Pi rests on are 6mm in diameter. This is the same as the mounting pad on the pcb. No components get damaged.

I add one support pin in the front center because the Pi really wanted to bounce around when you applied pressure onto the usb-ports.

In the rear I designed a cutout for better access to the sd-card slot.

The M2 hex nuts are inserted form the bottom. I pulled them all the way in by tightening a screw before mounting the Pi. This might not be necessary depending on your printers tolerances.

hardware required:

  • 4x M2 nuts
  • 4x M2x6 screws (any head, except countersunk)
  • 4x M2 washers (optional)

relevant print settings:

  • 0.2mm layer height
  • 0.4mm nozzle
