I designed a new bulb for the base in https://www.printables.com/model/678099-christmas-tea-light-bulb that is modeled after a C9 outdoor Christmas light. The original has a pointed tip that does not print well in vase mode.
As long as you use 0.6 nozzle, you should be able to print in vase mode at 0.20 layer height. You can also increase the extrusion width of a 0.4 nozzle to .55 or .60.
I printed in Polymaker transparent blue and red PETG. The base is printed in Hatchbox Olive Green Matte PLA.
