A friend of mine crafted a beautiful 3D puzzle cube out of wood. I wanted to present it in a more stable way. The base is made from the union of two truncated octahedrons.
The puzzle is a handcrafted wood puzzle made from purple heartwood, red heartwood, and spalted white birch. It is a recreation of the puzzle mentioned here.
Printing:
This piece prints fine with the default settings and without support.
This should scale to whatever size is needed.
