Inspired by https://makerworld.com/en/models/786993#profileId-724834 (or the orginal creator of this strap) I made one for the top of the head. I printed both of them with very flexible filament (Fiberflex 40D) and glued 13 mm thick soft packing foam to each printed part. As far as I am concerned I achieved the goal of not noticing the headset when gaming for hours.
I included the step file in case someone would like to improve/adjust the model.
