3Dprint1UP Posted the original model; please check out their stuff! Thank you for posting this and sharing it.
I had the weird thought of creating a lifesize version of Eevee. I had been looking for models that would match the canon size, but I just couldn't find any. So, I scaled up 3Dprint1UPs' model to match that entry in the Pokedex for Eevee's height. In case you are wondering, Eevee is canonically 1 foot tall. I know it's hard to believe, but that's what's in there! I then ran into an issue: I don't own a printer that could accommodate a life-size Eevee… My Ender 3 was too small to print out the full-size figure. So, to get around that, I cut up the model into four separate parts. I then was able to print out each of these parts separately and then glue them back together after the fact.
Printwise
I printed at a layer height of 0.12 with a nozzle size of 0.4. I used organic supports on the Prusa slicer and had my infill at 10% with a lightning-fill pattern. The total print time was around 52 hours, and I made some mistakes initially, but it eventually turned out great! I'll be painting it and cleaning it up soon! For the glue, I used the IPS Weld-On 16 Acrylic Plastic Cement.
