Update! This is version two. I like it a LOT better than version one!
I needed something to hold a skein of yarn to keep it from rolling around. This measures approx. 12.5" X 5.5" X3" but can be scaled down for smaller skeins. If you find that it slides, you can stick on some no-slip feet. It seems to be working really well for me and is doing exactly what I wanted it to do.
If you make it, please post your make and thoughts on how it can be improved as this is the first version of it.
