During a transitional phase, I currently need to refill the water in our heating system quite frequently. However, the hose used for refilling must not permanently connect the domestic water supply to the heating system.
To ensure compliance, the hose must be disconnected after each refill. To make this process easier and a bit more enjoyable, I designed and printed a Gardena wall coupling. While it looks a bit quirky, it serves as a helpful reminder to disconnect the system. I printed the model in three colors to make the “parking symbol” and the Gardena connector highly visible.
This simple yet effective solution is a must-have for every heating system basement ;-)
