Remixed to allow the use of standard utility blades from Harbor Freight (or elsewhere). I also removed the round pill holder in favor of a diagonal recess that allows for round pills of all different sizes to be cut. Just push your pill downward toward the point as far as you can, and perform the cut.
It seems to work best with a 0.2 first layer, and 0.16 for each additional layer. But if you prefer, the whole thing can be printed at 0.2
No Supports needed
Also, PLA seems to work just fine, though PETG and other materials should be OK also.
