The decorations are 1mm thick and 10cm tall, use the slicer to scale to your liking.
After importing the .3mf model, head to Objects tab and apply filament colors you've got.
If you get prompted about conversion to milimeters in your slicer, you might want to choose No. It's a common issue and occurs despite model being in mm.
