I use 16" Baffle's with my bird feeders. They connect with a "bolt" on" connector that is tightened to a pole. In most cases the included connector is crap and usually cracks the minute you tighten with a screw etc. I designed this replacement in Fusion 360. Add some hardware (bolts etc), tighten and voila.
Printed in Petg @ 0.3mm with a 0.4mm nozzle on my mk3s. You can split the model in Prusa slicer or print as is.
