This case is known to work with the PIMORONI PIBOW which is for the Raspberry Pi 3B+, 3B and 2B. Cannot guarentee it works with the 4B or 5B cases. The gaps between the screws are 58.28mm wide on centre and 91.25mm tall on centre (in a portrait orientation).

Replaces layer zero of the case and mounts the Pi on the wall by hanging on a screw or hook (the screws were already there from an old POTS phone). It hangs with the USB & Ethernet ports facing upwards. There is a cutout to match the original layer zero micro SD card slot.

I used this to hang my Home Assistant server (running on a Pi 3B (they're cheap 2nd hand)) on the wall in almost exactly the middle of my house for best coverage. Yes, I stuck a label on it because I couldn't remember how to shut down Home Assistant, they really do hide it!

Laser cut from 3mm clear (with a blue tint) acrylic at my local hackspace. All elements are a cut, there are no engraves in this file. I have also removed all the construction lines from Fusion. Enjoy.
