I've run out of LR20 while having plenty AA's so I designed and printed this adapter. Due to lack of space for classic “spring” connections I used copper wire as battery connector.
Parts needed:
- 30cm of stranded copper wire (0,5 to 1 mm2)
- Standard heat insert 4mm (positive contact)
- Threaded Allen M3 screw (lenght 6-10mm). Other types will probably work too.
- Washer for the M3 screw
- Headless allen screw M4, 4mm for battery locking (negative contact side).
Print with supports.
