A holder that's 4x2x4 gridfinity units to fit my iFixit opening tools, from the Essential Electronics Toolkit. It doesn't have room for the tweezers or the screwdriver + bits, which I keep in separate bins: tweezers holder & screwdriver holder if you're interested. iFixit sell some standardized tools so it would probably fit them if bought from different sets.
There are grooves to allow picking up the tools, similar to iFixit's original case. There is a slot for a stack of the blue plastic spudgers that look like guitar picks. For the bottom one in the stack, you might need a fingernail to pick it up, but the other ones should be easy to grab with a finger.
