Rock, and I mean ROCK solid, doesn't bend or deform even with the force of your entire body.
This is my first ever CAD project. It took me hours to make. That's why there's no inserts for the screws that the armrest contains, but this is solid enough. The only problem with this is that you need to glue it on (superglue, or another type of adhesive), and that it's almost 100g of filament. You can change the settings depending on how strong you need it, but this one should last for a while.
For a smoother surface, use a smooth plate.
Settings:
0.2mm layer height
PLA or similar filament
4 layers
25% Gyroid Infill (feel free to change this)
Barely fits A1 Mini's plate.
(The spots are caused by my printer, those will vary depending on yours. It shouldn't make any real difference, but if it bothers you, you can either cover this up, or try to pry at it using a deburring tool)
