Der Nespresso Kapselhalter ist gemacht für das Prusa Wooden PLA Filament. Nur mit diesem habe ich eine gute Qualität hinbekommen.
Für den Druck beider Teile habe ich die MMU 3 ausgeschaltet und den Extruder direkt gefüttert. Beide Filmente sind nicht geeignet um mit der MMU3 verdruckt zu werden.
Das TPU 95a (gekauft bei Prusa) habe ich erstaunlicherweise ohne Probleme drucken können. Bitte beachten:
Vor dem laden des TPU die Düsen- und Bettthemperatur erreichen lassen. Erst dann das Filmend in den Extruder führen. Bei zu frühem einlegen verstopft die HF-Düse jedesmal. Sobald alles schön aufgeheizt ist, klappt es ohne Probleme. Und immer schön laaangsam (Bei mir Einstellung 28) überall in allen Bewegungen. Dann klappt es auch.
Die Druckfiles können direkt benutzt werden für MK4s mit HF-Düse.
