Not being a fan of cable chains, I just wanted something simple to stop the cable rubbing on the fan casing. Being only 2mm thick it utilises the top 2 screws at the rear of the fan casing, just remember it’s all plastic so tighten snugly not out through the other side. It’s tight enough to keep cable in place with just a tiny bit of space to allow cable to move if needed along the x axis.
