No rattling noises and easy to fold.
Printable in 3 hrs in PLA with:
0.20 layer height.
5 layer wall loop.
20% infill in honeycomb 3D (30% infill for FOLDING BRACKET)
EXTRA STUFF NEEDED
- x4 M4 x 8mm nuts and bolts (to fix collar to stem).
- x6 M4 x 12mm bolts (to fix hook, hook slider and folding pivot).
- x1 SPRING 9.5x16mm (or other functioning) for folding lock pin.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1- mount 2 SUPPORT PART with the thicker part pointing downward around the scooter stem above the cable acces. Use 4 M4 nuts and bolts.
2- fix the HOOK to the FOLDING BRACKET using 4 M4 x 12mm bolts screwing directly trought the plastic (screw heavenly from the 2 sides).
3- insert spring and PIN BLOCK in the bigger hole on the SUPPORT RIGHT part and slide FOLDING BRACKET in place while pressing on the PIN BLOCK.
4- screw heavenly trought plastic the last 2 M4 x 12mm bolts until they touch without forcing them.
5- fix the collar in the position as shown in the image
USE:
unfold the bracket with the hook in the back position, make contact between deck and folding bracket and extend the hoow until it snap in place.
