I created these to add the extra scissors and additional long bread knife I got to our knife block, and then later the boning and carving knife.
All were printed in PLA with 30% infill and supports under the flanges. They can be attached with #4/3mm pan head wood screws.
The Knife Sleeve Long is max size to print on a 220mm bed rotated at 45 degrees. It measures 231mm long, with a 40x8mm slot.
The Double Knife Sleeve was made for the left side of the block and should print on a 220mm bed. The long section is 210mm and the short is 190mm, each with a 2mm plug in the end. The slots ate 38x10mm. Overall width is 96mm. (Updated v2 to add some strength to the build.)
The Scissor Sleeve is 100mm long and has a 30x15mm slot. The overall width is 55mm.
