General information

At the end of 2024, I set up version 11 of Helmut Weigl's RoeTest. In the process, I created some 3D designs that I am making available to the community in this collection. You can read more information about my build of the RoeTest and the use of the designs published here in my build report at Radio-Bastler.de (German) or on the RoeTest website (German).

About this Design

This design consists of multiple parts related to building the calibration box for the RoeTest:

  • A drill template for the connector mount holes and connector cutout
  • A drill template for predrilling the button and connector holes. You will habe to widen them afterwards using a step drill.
  • A drill template for mounting 2 resistors to the one side of the box using countersunk screws
  • A drill template for mounting 3 resistors to the other side of the box using countersunk screws
  • A connector shim to make the connector fit in perfect 90 degree angle
  • A bottom plate that fits the metal box and fits my socket rail system as well as the standard RoeTest rail system

I recommend to print the parts from PETG in variable layer height 0.1 … 0.3mm.

OpenScad source code included.

Happy printing!
