Printed flat on it's back without supports 100% infill and 4 perimeters, 0.2mm layer height.
I used PETG for my print and expect it to last a while.
It fit perfectly for my chair without any modifications to the part after printing.
Forgot to photograph the part before installing it.
– Originally I printed using 40% infill, it broke after a few days, next was updated version and printed with 100% infill at max 40mm/s and a bit hotter nozzle temp when using hardened nozzle, hoping for better layer bonding. Will report how long it lasts when it breaks. It's been two months now without signs of breaking :)
