SilencedFrost's spool can be found here.
This remix is only the nut. I use Jayo spools which have a hole diameter of 72mm.
Print flat face (outside) on the print bed.
I used PETG, 0.2mm layer height, 0.4mm nozzle and 40% 3D Honeycomb infill which is probably overkill.
If your machines tolerance isn't great, print the 0.2mm clearance model.
