Personally, I've designed it like an accesory for my printer drawer, for the purge lines specifically. But with 15x10x15 cms it's valid for a desk as a regular bin.
You can hang it with two little screws (it has 2x6 mms holes) and its design to sit level on top in minimum 18 mms board: or you can leave it on the floor or on top of your desk.
No supports needed, and its easy to print in two colours without AMS or any multicolor system, printing it separately.
Its neccesary add some weight in the bottom-back of the lid (use the lines as guide) as you can see in the pictures, to keep the automatic close function working.
