There isn't enough clearance on the bottom of the NBF-32016 to use dual-lock or command strips. Also, they removed the mount screw holes in the EQ13 model.
Thus this bracket, it takes the weight of the EQ13, just drop it in place, whichever side up you prefer and then velcro or silicon strap it so it doesn't fall out easily.
