Hi Logitech Friends,

If you’re reading this, it’s safe to say you love your Logitech G710+ keyboard and aren’t ready to part ways with it just yet. However, as these keyboards age, the keycaps tend to become brittle and prone to breaking—especially at the footing, rendering the key unusable.

The solution? A 3D-printed “foot” to replace the original!

Here’s how I fixed mine:

  1. I used the blue pliers (commonly included with Creality printers) to clean the bottom of the broken keycap, leaving only the cross shape intact.
  2. My custom design allows you to trim the printed foot precisely to fit your specific keycap.

I’ve successfully repaired my keyboard’s “-” key (top right corner) using the secondary file, and my beloved “Ctrl” key (the crown jewel) is now running smoothly with the main file. Both have been in use repeatedly and work perfectly!

No glue required—just a simple press-fit installation! You can even discard the small rubber band. It’s a small trade-off to keep your beloved keyboard working like a charm.

Happy typing!
