Simple cat collar you can print for a few pennies versus buying an overpriced one that they will just lose anyways.
Print the strap out of TPU, 2 walls, 2 top/bottom, 20% grid infill. The clasp must be printed from PETG as PLA will break after a couple uses. The pin and tags can be printed from either PLA or PETG. Lettering highlighted by sharpie since I do not have a multi-color printer.
The pins for connecting the straps to the clasp is just a chunk of filament, I used some white PLA and just used pliers to smush the ends to act as rivets then trimmed each side flush.
My example is Sunlu Orange TPU, Monoprice Orange PETG, and Anycubic Yellow PLA, and Creality White PLA. For size reference Albert is a 16lb Chartreux mix.
