A few notes:
The center piece is designed to accommodate a 1" diameter spring.
The six sleeve segments are intended to be held together with six M3 screws total. They thread into the plastic of the sleeve. I'd recommend adding glue between mating faces for rigidity. Tighten screws in a star pattern.
