This a set of split panel case panels for Beamcase ATX, inspired by the “Loop” case panels for Beamcase SW.

This design is specifically made to be printable on a 256^3 bed volume, such as Bambu P1/P1S/X1C.

On a printer of that size, most parts will need to be printed on-edge/vertically and at a 45 degree angle to take advantage of the maximum print length.

There is a are two STL files, each containing all parts necessary. Each STL contains parts arrayed in an “exploded” view to demonstrate of how the panels will be assembled.

The file exploded_split_panel_loop_solid_top_bottom.stl has a solid/non-split top and bottom piece, but these have proven difficult to print on edge due to excessive overhangs. If you have a printer with a larger bed you might be able to make it work.

The file exploded_split_panel_loop_split_top_bottom.stl has split top and bottom pieces which are easier to print on a 256^3 printer.

Use “split to parts” in your slicer to print each piece individually, then rotate them to print on-edge. If there is enough interest I may also upload individual STLs that are split and auto-rotated for ideal printing position.

Note: I haven't completely assembled this myself yet, but I'm pretty confident about the fit. I will add photos to the model as soon as mine are done printing.
