The knocker moves and works, as long as the head can be secured to the door properly. I used one screw and piece of velcro.
The knock is not very loud and is really plasticky / hollow sounding. I tried to remedy that by hot gluing a washer to the back of the knocker, but that did little to fix the issue.
The printed object in the photos is scaled to 150% size and I used a 7.7mm diameter cylinder as an axle. I added two layers of filler primer, but did not bother sanding it. One coat of gold spray and some black and brown acrylic paint with water to give it some life.
