GE Yai Yai Flake Mounts and Supports.

You will need a large format printer to print this. I used a Prusa XL. The widest center mount section is 350mm wide. The bottom piece is 394mm wide but is put on the bed diagonally. Perimeters are always your friend for strength. Normally I do 5 perimeters at minimum including top and bottom layers. For my own build, I used 7 perimeters and 5 top/bottom on this. You will need a LOT of filament.

Horizontal EMT is 1/2
Vertical EMT is 3/4

I'm using the stock flake to flake connecting backers Gilbert Engineering sends but trimmed slightly since the bottom mount covers part of it. The two printed center backers will have two holes that don't line up to the pre-cut holes on the yai yai - this is intentional because of how close they are to the pixel hole. Also print the backers with basic settings since they hold no load from the EMT - save yourself some plastic and time.
